Late Arrivals & Cancellations

  • 4 hours of notice is required for cancellations.

  • Appointments 10 minutes late or more may result in needing to be rescheduled.

  • Late arrivals may result in shortened finishing details or rescheduling. Full-service pricing applies.

  • No-shows are charged 100% of the scheduled service. Repeated no-shows or chronic lateness may result in booking restrictions.

Hair Prep

  • Please arrive with clean, product-free hair. A shampoo service may be required and added to your appointment depending on hair length, condition, or style requested.

Long Haircuts & Major Changes

Please contact Kate prior to booking if any of the following apply:

  • Hair touches or extends beyond the shoulders

  • It has been 5+ months since your last haircut

  • You plan to remove 3+ inches overall

  • You are planning a significant style change

This ensures accurate timing and pricing.

Illness

  • Please reschedule if you are experiencing symptoms of illness (fever, vomiting, flu-like symptoms, or any contagious condition). 

  • Same day cancellations due to sudden illness will not be penalized.

Childrens Haircuts

  • Children must be able to sit safely and calmly for the duration of the service.

  • If a child becomes distressed or unable to sit safely, the appointment may need to be adjusted or rescheduled.

Detangling & Matted Hair

  • Please check for tangles before your appointment.

  • Severely tangled or matted hair may require rescheduling and/or additional service fees.
